Membership in the Center is open to all industrial companies, FFRDCs and government agencies.

Members guide the research priorities of the Center and share the research results and licensing of precompetitive IP. Members also gain access to the faculty, students and facilities of the collaborating institutions, and may choose to initiate follow-on projects with the potential for proprietary IP.
